Orange blossom honey has a sweet and fruity taste that is reminiscent of citrus blossoms. Tastes a bit different than Florida orange blossom, and makes a fantastic mead. This honey is unpasteurized, heated to less than 132° F, and strained through a coarse filter.
Note: If using the honey in your beer: Boil 30 minutes for a hint of sweetness, or for 5 to 10 minutes for more residual sweetness. Either way, it will increase the alcohol content of your brew.
